A Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Report is a comprehensive and objective evaluation developed by the American Institute of CPAs that checks whether a company’s procedures and policies follow a strict set of security principles. It’s one thing to show that security policies are in place, it’s another to prove that they’re active and effective over time. Cybersecurity keeps moving and so do we.That’s why Enplug chose to complete a SOC 2 Type 2 audit which measures performance over 6 months, instead of the Type 1 audit that examines only a single point in time.
Enplug’s SOC 2 Type 2 report concludes an intensive six-month audit conducted by a cybersecurity risk management and compliance consultancy firm. The firm assessed Enplug’s company and software, providing independent validation of both the design and effectiveness of our data protection controls.
